The Partnership and Community Manager is a key member of the Agency’s Leadership Team and is responsible for developing and growing strategic partnerships within their assigned community and internally within FIREFLY. A key deliverable is to ensure provision of services that are appropriate, integrated, streamlined, and that meet the needs of FIREFLY clients and their families. Additionally, the Partnership and Community Manager is responsible for day to day supervision of FIREFLY staff located in their community.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage day to day operations within the assigned community.
Develop and grow strategic partnerships within the assigned community to align services to best meet the needs of FIREFLY clients and their families.
Develop and grow partnerships within FIREFLY to align processes and services to best meet the needs of FIREFLY clients and their families.
Provide supervision to staff located within assigned community including approval of expenses, purchase requisitions, SHOT sheets, and time off requests with input from others as necessary.
Working jointly with the appropriate Clinical Manager, complete performance appraisals on direct reports.
Responsible for the performance management related to non-clinical work of direct reports
Promote and cultivate a collaborative team culture; encourage work/life balance; stimulate and support creative thinking and problem-solving
Collaborate with and support the efforts of all Leadership Team members to achieve optimal service
Act as the on-site resource/action person for the Manager of Operations as needed.
Collaborate with Clinical Managers to align direction for staff to best meet the needs of FIREFLY clients and their families
Participate in service planning activities in conjunction with the FIREFLY Strategy and Performance Team
Promote service excellence by monitoring performance and implementing strategic action plans.
Lead using project management and LEAN methodologies.
